When you book a session, we collect: name, phone, email, age, and information you voluntarily share during intake forms or sessions. Payment is processed by Razorpay, and we do not store card details.

2. How We Use Your Information
To schedule sessions, provide counselling services, send reminders via WhatsApp/SMS/email, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We will not sell your data.

3. Confidentiality of Sessions
All information shared in sessions is confidential and protected under ethical guidelines for counselling professionals. We do not share session content with third parties except: a) with your written consent. b) if there is risk of imminent harm to you or others. c) if required by law/court order.

4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers in India. Session notes are accessed only by your assigned therapist and clinical supervisor. We retain records for 3 years as per professional guidelines, then securely delete them.

5. Marketing Communication
With consent, we may send you wellness tips or offers via WhatsApp/email. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.

6. Third-Party Tools
We use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity only on marketing pages. We do NOT use tracking pixels, analytics, or session recording tools on booking, intake, or session pages containing health information.

7. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing Info@dustbyn.com.
